Welcome to SupaPay, an SME data reselling platform offering mobile data for MTN, Airtel, GLO, 9Mobile, and utility payment services including electricity bills. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
a. Account Creation: To access our services, you must first create an account on our platform. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
b. KYC Compliance: As mandated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), we collect certain personal information, including your Bank Verification Number (BVN), for identity verification and compliance purposes. This information is required to activate your account and wallet for funding and service purchases.
c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
a. Wallet Setup: Once your account is verified, you will be assigned a wallet which can be funded through bank transfers.
b. Purchases: You may use your wallet balance to purchase data services or pay for utility bills on our platform. All transactions are subject to our pricing and availability at the time of purchase.
c. Refunds: All transactions on supapay.ng are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific cases of service failure.
a. Data Collection: We collect and process your personal information, including your BVN, for verification purposes only. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.
b. Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. However, due to CBN regulations, we are required to retain transactional records, including your personal information, for a minimum of five (5) years.
a. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and updated information during registration and for all transactions made on the platform.
b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes, including fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any actions that violate CBN regulations or Nigerian law.
c. Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent or illegal activity, or any breach of these terms.
a. Service Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, supapay.ng does not guarantee continuous access to our platform. Service interruptions may occur due to technical reasons, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control.
b. Liability Disclaimer: supapay.ng will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost data, missed payments, or unauthorized access.
As per CBN guidelines, we retain all transactional records, including user personal information, for a minimum of five (5) years. This retention is required to comply with Nigerian financial regulations and cannot be waived.
supapay.ng reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the service following such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
